कृच्छ्रसाध्यानि तान्याहुः परिसंवत्सराणि च । सन्निपातसमुत्थानि सहजानि तु वर्जयेत् ॥२४॥
Those that are difficult to cure are referred to as those that occur in the context of a year, and those arising from a tri-doshic condition should be avoided.

जो कठिन से कठिन इलाज करने वाले होते हैं, उन्हें वर्ष के संदर्भ में होने वाले और त्रिदोषजनित अवस्थाओं से संबंधित माना जाता है, और इन्हें टाला जाना चाहिए।
