व्यानस्तु प्रकुपितः श्लेष्माणं परिगृह्य बहिःस्थिराणि कीलवदर्शांसि निर्वर्तयति, तानि चर्मकीलान्यर्शांसीत्याचक्षते ॥१८॥
When the Vyana dosha is aggravated, it collects the excess mucus and causes the formation of external, firm lumps that resemble keels. These lumps are referred to as 'skin keels' or 'lesions' in medical terms.

जब व्यान दोष विकृत होता है, तो वह अतिरिक्त कफ को एकत्र करता है और बाहरी, ठोस गांठों का निर्माण करता है जो कीलों के समान होती हैं। इन गांठों को चिकित्सा शब्दों में 'त्वचा कील' या 'घाव' कहा जाता है।
