आदितो यच्च दुर्जातमस्थि सन्धिरथापि वा । सम्यग्यमितमप्यस्थि दुर्न्यासाद्दुर्निबन्धनात् ॥१४॥
Fractures or dislocations that are improperly set from the beginning, whether they are related to the bones or joints, should also be avoided, as they are difficult to manage due to poor alignment and binding.

यदि प्रारंभ में ठीक से सेट नहीं किए गए हों, चाहे वे हड्डियों या जोड़ों से संबंधित हों, तो इन्हें भी टाला जाना चाहिए, क्योंकि ये दुर्व्यवस्थित और बंधन में कठिनाई के कारण प्रबंधन में कठिन होते हैं।
