हस्तपादशिरोधातूंस्तथा सञ्चरति क्रमात् । व्याप्नुयाद्वाऽखिलं देहं वायुः सर्वगतो नृणाम् ॥३०॥

The air, which is omnipresent in humans, pervades the entire body by sequentially moving through the hands, feet, and head.

वायु, जो मनुष्यों में सर्वव्यापी है, हाथों, पैरों और सिर के माध्यम से क्रमशः शरीर में व्याप्त होता है।
