Sushruta Samhita
सविंशमध्यायशतमेतदुक्तं विभागशः । इहोद्दिष्टाननिर्दिष्टानर्थान् वक्ष्याम्यथोत्तरे ॥१४०॥
The subjects mentioned but not included within these one hundred and twenty chapters (from the commencement of the book) would be dealt with in detail in the latter part of the present treatise (Uttara-Tantara).
english translation
इन एक सौ बीस अध्यायों में जिन विषयों का उल्लेख किया गया है, किन्तु उन्हें इसमें सम्मिलित नहीं किया गया है (पुस्तक के प्रारम्भ से) उन पर वर्तमान ग्रंथ के उत्तरार्द्ध (उत्तर-तंत्र) में विस्तार से चर्चा की जाएगी।
