गुग्गुलुः सैन्धवं किण्वं वर्चः पारावतस्य च । विषवृद्धिकरं चान्नं हित्वा सम्भोजनं हितम् ॥१३७॥
Guggulu, saindhava (rock salt), kinva, the excrement of the parrot, and food that increases poison should be avoided, and it is beneficial to take appropriate nourishment.
