नस्याञ्जनाभ्यञ्जनपानधूमं तथाऽवपीडं कवलग्रहं च । संशोधनं चोभयतः प्रगाढं कुर्यात्सिरामोक्षणमेव चात्र ॥१३४॥
The treatment should involve nasal applications, collyrium, drinking medicated fumes, and gargles. Both purgation and emesis should be performed in a thorough manner, and bloodletting through the veins should also be done here.

उपचार में नाक में दवा डालना, कोलीरियम, औषधीय धुआँ पीना और गरारे करना शामिल होना चाहिए। विरेचन और वमन दोनों को पूरी तरह से किया जाना चाहिए, और नसों के माध्यम से रक्त का रिसाव भी किया जाना चाहिए।
