असाध्यास्वप्यभिहितं प्रत्याख्यायाशु योजयेत् । दोषोच्छ्रायविशेषेण दाहच्छेदविवर्जितम् ॥१२८॥
Even in cases considered incurable, the treatment mentioned should be applied promptly, avoiding excessive heat and cutting off any specific aggravating factors associated with the doshas.

यहां तक कि असाध्य माने जाने वाले मामलों में भी, उल्लिखित उपचार को शीघ्रता से लागू किया जाना चाहिए, अत्यधिक गर्मी से बचना चाहिए और दोषों से जुड़े किसी भी विशिष्ट उत्तेजक कारक को समाप्त करना चाहिए।
