दंशो दाहोऽग्निवक्रायाः स्रावोऽत्यर्थं ज्वरस्तथा । चोषकण्डूरोमहर्षा दाहविस्फोटसंयुतः ॥११८॥
The bite of this one causes intense burning, fiery discharge, extreme fever, swelling, and irritation, along with the combined effects of heat and inflammation.

इसके काटने से तीव्र जलन, ज्वर, अत्यधिक बुखार, सूजन और जलन के साथ-साथ गर्मी और सूजन का संयुक्त प्रभाव होता है।
