दर्वीकराणां विषमाशुघाति सर्वाणि चोष्णे द्विगुणीभवन्ति । अजीर्णपित्तातपपीडितेषु बालप्रमेहिष्वथ गर्भिणीषु ॥३९॥
The poison of Darvikas (a type of insect) is harmful to all and becomes doubly potent in cases of excessive heat. It can cause damage to those suffering from indigestion, bile disorders, excessive heat, children, those with diarrhea, and pregnant women.

दरविकस (एक प्रकार का कीड़ा) का जहर सभी के लिए हानिकारक होता है और अधिक गर्मी होने पर यह दोगुना शक्तिशाली हो जाता है। यह अपच, पित्त विकार, अधिक गर्मी से पीड़ित लोगों, बच्चों, दस्त से पीड़ित लोगों और गर्भवती महिलाओं को नुकसान पहुंचा सकता है।
