प्रथमे विषवेगे तु वान्तं शीताम्बुसेचितम् । अगदं मधुसर्पिर्भ्यां पाययेत समायुतम् ॥४०॥
In the first stage of poisoning, if there is vomiting accompanied by cold water, it should be treated by administering a medicinal drink mixed with honey and ghee.

जहर की पहली अवस्था में यदि ठंडे पानी के साथ उल्टी हो तो शहद और घी मिलाकर औषधीय पेय पिलाकर इलाज करना चाहिए।
