द्वितीये वेपथुः सादो दाहः कण्ठरुजस्तथा | विषमामाशयप्राप्तं कुरुते हृदि वेदनाम् ||३५||

In the second stage, trembling, fainting, burning sensation, and throat pain occur. The poison reaches the stomach and causes pain in the heart and digestive distress.

english translation

दूसरे चरण में कंपकंपी, बेहोशी, जलन और गले में दर्द होता है। जहर पेट में पहुंचकर हृदय में दर्द और पाचन में परेशानी पैदा करता है।
