जिघ्रतश्च शिरोदुःखं वारिपूर्णे च लोचने । तत्र बाष्पेरितं कर्म मुखालेपे च यत् स्मृतम् ॥६६॥
When inhaled, it causes a headache, and when applied to the eyes with water, it results in tearing. The actions performed with the application to the mouth and the effects mentioned here are also associated with this process.

जब यह सांस के साथ अंदर जाता है तो सिरदर्द होता है और जब पानी के साथ आंखों पर लगाया जाता है तो आंसू आने लगते हैं। मुंह पर लगाने से होने वाली क्रियाएं और यहां बताए गए प्रभाव भी इस प्रक्रिया से जुड़े हैं।
