अपार्थं बहु सङ्कीर्णं भाषते चापि मूढवत् । स्फोटयत्यङ्गुलीर्भूमिमकस्माद्विलिखेद्धसेत् ॥२०॥
A fool, who speaks meaningless and confused words, disturbs the ground with his fingers, as if he were unexpectedly drawing a line on it.
