नेत्रमूले प्रतिष्ठाप्य न्युब्जं तु विवृताननम् । बद्ध्वा लोहेन तप्तेन चर्मस्रोतसि निर्दहेत् ॥१६॥
Placing the nozzle at the root of the eye, with its open mouth, and binding it with heated iron, it should be used to cauterize the skin's channel.

नेत्र के मूल में न्युब्ज (एक प्रकार का उपकरण) को स्थापित करके, इसे खुला मुख देकर, गर्म लोहे से बांधकर, त्वचा के स्रोत में जला देना चाहिए।
