षष्ट्या विभज्य लब्धैस् तु योजनैः प्राग् अथापरैः। स्वदेशः परिधौ ज्ञेयः कुर्याद् देशान्तरम् हि तैः ॥

Multiply the rectified circumference of the Earth by this difference and divide the product by 60. The quotient will be the east or west distance (in Yojanas) of the given place from the Middle Line. Apply the minutes, found by this distance, to the places of the planets (as directed before in S'lokas 60 and 61).

SaSTyA vibhajya labdhais tu yojanaiH prAg athAparaiH। svadezaH paridhau jJeyaH kuryAd dezAntaram hi taiH ॥
