किरातहूणान् यवनानन्ध्रान् कङ्कान् खशान् छकान् । अब्रह्मण्यान् नृपांश्चाहन् म्लेच्छान् दिग्विजयेऽखिलान् ॥ ९-२०-३० ॥
When Mahārāja Bharata was on tour, he defeated or killed all the Kirātas, Hūṇas, Yavanas, Pauṇḍras, Kaṅkas, Khaśas, Śakas and the kings who were opposed to the Vedic principles of brahminical culture. ॥ 9-20-30 ॥

जब भरत महाराज दौरे पर थे तो उन्होंने सारे किरातों, हूणों, यवनों, पौण्ड्रों, कंकों, खशों, शकों तथा ब्राह्मण संस्कृति के वैदिक नियमों के विरोधी राजाओं को परास्त किया या मार डाला। ॥ ९-२०-३० ॥
