शुनकस्तत्सुतो जज्ञे वीतहव्यो धृतिस्ततः । बहुलाश्वो धृतेस्तस्य कृतिरस्य महावशी ॥ ९-१३-२६ ॥
The son of Ṛta was Śunaka, the son of Śunaka was Vītahavya, the son of Vītahavya was Dhṛti, and the son of Dhṛti was Bahulāśva. The son of Bahulāśva was Kṛti, and his son was Mahāvaśī. ॥ 9-13-26 ॥
english translation
ऋत का पुत्र शुनक था, शुनक का वीतहव्य, वीतहव्य का धृति, धृति का बहुलाश्व, बहुलाश्व का कृति तथा उसका पुत्र महावशी था। ॥ ९-१३-२६ ॥

zunakastatsuto jajJe vItahavyo dhRtistataH । bahulAzvo dhRtestasya kRtirasya mahAvazI ॥ 9-13-26 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptएते वै मैथिला राजन्नात्मविद्याविशारदाः । योगेश्वरप्रसादेन द्वन्द्वैर्मुक्ता गृहेष्वपि ॥ ९-१३-२७ ॥
Śukadeva Gosvāmī said: My dear King Parīkṣit, all the kings of the dynasty of Mithila were completely in knowledge of their spiritual identity. Therefore, even though staying at home, they were liberated from the duality of material existence. ॥ 9-13-27 ॥
english translation
शुकदेव गोस्वामी ने कहा : हे राजा परीक्षित, मिथिल वंश के सारे राजा अध्यात्म ज्ञान में पटु थे। अतएव वे घर पर रहते हुए भी संसार के द्वन्द्वों से मुक्त हो गये। ॥ ९-१३-२७ ॥
