एतावतीर्हि राजन् पुंसः प्रवृत्तिलक्षणस्य धर्मस्य विपाकगतय उच्चावचा विसदृशा यथाप्रश्नं व्याचख्ये किमन्यत्कथयाम इति ।। ५-२५-१५ ।।

My dear King, I have thus described how people generally act according to their different desires and, as a result, get different types of bodies in higher or lower planets. You inquired of these things from me, and I have explained to you whatever I have heard from authorities. What shall I speak of now? ।। 5-25-15 ।।

english translation

हे राजन्, इस प्रकार मैंने आपको बताया है कि प्राय: मनुष्य किस प्रकार अपनी-अपनी इच्छाओं के अनुसार कार्य करते हैं और उसी के अनुसार उच्च या निम्न लोकों में भिन्न-भिन्न शरीर धारण करते हैं। आपने ये बातें मुझसे पूछीं थी और मैंने जो अधिकारियों से सुना है उसे आपसे बता दिया। अब आगे क्या सुनाऊँ? ।। ५-२५-१५ ।।
