तरवः किं न जीवन्ति भस्त्राः किं न श्वसन्त्युत । न खादन्ति न मेहन्ति किं ग्रामपशवोऽपरे ।। २-३-१८ ।।

sanskrit

Do the trees not live? Do the bellows of the blacksmith not breathe? All around us, do the beasts not eat and discharge semen? ।। 2-3-18 ।।

english translation

क्या वृक्ष जीते नहीं हैं? क्या लुहार की धौंकनी साँस नहीं लेती? हमारे चारों ओर क्या पशुगण भोजन नहीं करते? या वीर्यपात नहीं करते?‌ ।। २-३-१८ ।।

hindi translation

taravaH kiM na jIvanti bhastrAH kiM na zvasantyuta | na khAdanti na mehanti kiM grAmapazavo'pare || 2-3-18 ||
