निजग्राहौजसा वीरः कलिं दिग्विजये क्वचित् । नृपलिङ्गधरं शूद्रं घ्नन्तं गोमिथुनं पदा ।। १-१६-४ ।।

sanskrit

Once, when Mahārāja Parīkṣit was on his way to conquer the world, he saw the master of Kali-yuga, who was lower than a śūdra, disguised as a king and hurting the legs of a cow and bull. The King at once caught hold of him to deal sufficient punishment. ।। 1-16-4 ।।

english translation

एक बार, जब महाराज परीक्षित विश्व-दिग्विजय करने निकले, तो उन्होंने देखा कि कलियुग का स्वामी, जो शूद्र से भी निम्न था, राजा का वेश धारण करके गाय तथा बैल की जोड़ी के पाँवों पर प्रहार कर रहा था। राजा ने उसे पर्याप्त दण्ड देने के लिए तुरन्त पकड़ लिया। ।। १-१६-४ ।।
