मनोभावांस्तथा ज्ञानमिष्टभोगार्थयोजनात् । पूजाशब्दर्थ एवं हि विश्रुतो लोकवेदयोः 1.16.३० ।

Jāyate means “is born.” Good ideas, knowledge etc. also are included in this. The word Pūjā is used in this sense amongst the people as well as in the sacred texts.
