तत्पालः कृष्णनामा हि राजते शंकराज्ञया ।। प्रतिष्ठितश्शिवेनैव शक्त्या स्वच्छन्दचारिणा ।। ४१।।

sanskrit

The protector of that world is Kṛṣṇa. He is established there at the behest of Śiva by Śiva himself who moves about as he pleases due to his power.

english translation

tatpAlaH kRSNanAmA hi rAjate zaMkarAjJayA || pratiSThitazzivenaiva zaktyA svacchandacAriNA || 41||

शिवलोकोऽद्भुतो व्यास निराधारो मनोहरः ।। अतिनिर्वचनीयश्च नानावस्तुविराजितः ।। ४२ ।।

sanskrit

O Vyāsa, Śiva’s region is wonderful and beautiful. It has no support. It shines with different objects. It cannot be specifically described.

english translation

zivaloko'dbhuto vyAsa nirAdhAro manoharaH || atinirvacanIyazca nAnAvastuvirAjitaH || 42 ||

शिवस्तु तदधिष्ठाता सर्वदेवशिरोमणिः ।। विष्णुब्रह्महरैस्सेव्यः परमात्मा निरञ्जनः।। ४३।।

sanskrit

The presiding deity of that region is Śiva. He is the crest-jewel of all the gods. He is worthy of being served by Viṣṇu, Brahmā and Śiva. He is the unsullied great soul.

english translation

zivastu tadadhiSThAtA sarvadevaziromaNiH || viSNubrahmaharaissevyaH paramAtmA niraJjanaH|| 43||
