महागज प्रमाणानि जम्ब्वास्तस्याः फलानि च ॥ पतंति भूभृतः पृष्ठे शीर्य्यमाणानि सर्वतः ॥ १६ ॥
Fruits of the Jambū tree are of the size of a huge elephant. They fall on the top of the mountain and become shattered and scattered everywhere.
english translation
mahAgaja pramANAni jambvAstasyAH phalAni ca ॥ pataMti bhUbhRtaH pRSThe zIryyamANAni sarvataH ॥ 16 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptरसेन तेषां विख्याता जम्बूनदीति वै ॥ परितो वर्तते तत्र पीयते तन्निवासिभिः ॥ १७ ॥
The famous river Jambū is made up of the juice of Jambū fruits. It flows there and is drunk by the residents of the locality.
english translation
rasena teSAM vikhyAtA jambUnadIti vai ॥ parito vartate tatra pIyate tannivAsibhiH ॥ 17 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptन स्वेदो न च दौर्गंध्यं न जरा चेन्द्रियग्रहः ॥ तस्यास्तटे स्थितानान्तु जनानां तन्न जायते ॥ १८॥
People staying on its banks do not perspire. They do not emit bad odour and they do not want in the exercise of their sense-organs.
english translation
na svedo na ca daurgaMdhyaM na jarA cendriyagrahaH ॥ tasyAstaTe sthitAnAntu janAnAM tanna jAyate ॥ 18॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतीरमृत्स्नां च सम्प्राप्य मुखवायुविशोषिताम् ॥ जाम्बूनदाख्यं भवति सुवर्णं सिद्धभूषणम्॥ १९ ॥
The mud of the stream dried by blowing with the mouth transforms itself into golden ornaments for the Siddhas. It is called Jāmbūnada.
english translation
tIramRtsnAM ca samprApya mukhavAyuvizoSitAm ॥ jAmbUnadAkhyaM bhavati suvarNaM siddhabhUSaNam॥ 19 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptभद्राश्वं पूर्वतो मेरोः केतुमालं च पश्चिमे ॥ वर्षे द्वे तु मुनिश्रेष्ठ तयोर्मध्य इलावृतम् ॥ २० ॥
Bhadrāśva Varṣa is on the cast of Meru. Ketumāla Varṣa is on the west. Between these two there is Ilāvṛta.

bhadrAzvaM pUrvato meroH ketumAlaM ca pazcime ॥ varSe dve tu munizreSTha tayormadhya ilAvRtam ॥ 20 ॥
