शैलेन्द्र कथितं सर्वमितिहासं पुरातनम् ॥ दम्पत्योश्च तयोः प्रीत्या श्रुतं ते परमादरात् ॥ ५६ ॥

zailendra kathitaM sarvamitihAsaM purAtanam ॥ dampatyozca tayoH prItyA zrutaM te paramAdarAt ॥ 56 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptबुद्ध्वा तत्त्वं सुतां देहि पार्वतीमीश्वराय च ॥ कुरुषं त्यज शैलेन्द्र मेनया स्वस्त्रिया सह ॥ ५७ ॥
Knowing the real situation give your daughter Pārvatī to Śiva. Cast off sins, O lord of mountains, in the company of your wife Mena.

buddhvA tattvaM sutAM dehi pArvatImIzvarAya ca ॥ kuruSaM tyaja zailendra menayA svastriyA saha ॥ 57 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसप्ताहे समतीते तु दुर्लभेति शुभे क्षणे ॥ लग्नाधिपे च लग्नस्थे चन्द्रेस्वत्नयान्विते ॥ ५८ ॥
When a week had passed, in a rare and auspicious moment, With the lord of the ascendant (Lagna) placed in the ascendant itself, and the Moon possessing his own strength (in his own house or well-placed).

saptAhe samatIte tu durlabheti zubhe kSaNe ॥ lagnAdhipe ca lagnasthe candresvatnayAnvite ॥ 58 ॥

With the Moon joyful, joined with Rohiṇī (a highly auspicious lunar mansion), and the lunar asterism being clear and pure (Viśuddha Chandra Tārakā), During the Mārgaśīrṣa month, on a Monday — completely free from any inauspicious doshas (faults).

mudite rohiNIyukte vizuddhe candratArake ॥ mArgamAse candravAre sarvadoSavivarjite ॥ 59 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसर्वसद्ग्रहसंसृष्टऽसद्ग्रहदृष्टिवर्जिते ॥ सदपत्यप्रदे जीवे पतिसौभाग्यदायिनि ॥ 2-3-35-६० ॥
All auspicious planets conjoined, free from the gaze of inauspicious ones, With Jupiter (Jīva) in a position that grants virtuous progeny, and in a way that bestows marital happiness (saubhāgya) to the bride.
