त्वं स्त्रीरत्नं तव पिता राजा निखिल भूभृताम् ।। तथाविधं पतिं कस्मादुग्रेण तपसेहसे ।।2.3.27.२०।।

You are a jewel among women. Your father is the king of all mountains. Why do you crave for a husband like this and that too by means of a severe penance?

english translation

tvaM strIratnaM tava pitA rAjA nikhila bhUbhRtAm || tathAvidhaM patiM kasmAdugreNa tapasehase ||2.3.27.20||
