त्वं स्त्रीरत्नं तव पिता राजा निखिल भूभृताम् ॥ तथाविधं पतिं कस्मादुग्रेण तपसेहसे ॥2.3.27.२०॥

You are a jewel among women. Your father is the king of all mountains. Why do you crave for a husband like this and that too by means of a severe penance?

tvaM strIratnaM tava pitA rAjA nikhila bhUbhRtAm ॥ tathAvidhaM patiM kasmAdugreNa tapasehase ॥2.3.27.20॥
