स बालो भौम इत्याख्यां प्राप्य भूत्वा युवा द्रुतम् ॥ तस्यां काश्यां चिरं कालं सिषेवे शंकरम्प्रभुम् ॥२६॥
The child acquired the name Bhauma (son of the Earth). He attained youth immedately. For a long time he worshipped lord Śiva at Kāśī.
