स्थित्वा सविनयम्प्राह स्वनाथं गिरिकामिनी ॥ तत्र शैलाधिनाथं सा प्राणप्रियसुता सती ॥ ४ ॥

After waiting there for some time with humility, the beloved of the mountain addressed her lord; the chaste lady who loved her daughter as ardently as her own life spoke to the lord of mountains thus.

english translation

sthitvA savinayamprAha svanAthaM girikAminI ॥ tatra zailAdhinAthaM sA prANapriyasutA satI ॥ 4 ॥
