योषाणां सत्प्रिया च त्वं नित्या त्वं चोर्ध्वरेतसाम् ।। वांछा त्वं सर्वजगतां धाया च त्वं यथा हरेः ।।२८।।

sanskrit

To good women you manifest yourself as their beloved; to persons of perfect self-control and sublimation you manifest yourself as eternal; to the entire universe you manifest as desire; as of Viṣṇu you are the Māyā so you are of Śiva.

english translation

yoSANAM satpriyA ca tvaM nityA tvaM cordhvaretasAm || vAMchA tvaM sarvajagatAM dhAyA ca tvaM yathA hareH ||28||
