॥ ब्रह्मोवाच ॥ इत्युक्त्वा जगदम्बा सा देवानां पश्यतान्तदा ॥ अन्तर्दधे शिवा तात स्वं लोकम्प्राप वै द्रुतम् ॥।४७॥

sanskrit

Brahmā said: O dear, even as the gods were watching, Śiva, the mother of the universe, vanished after saying this and returned immediately to her world.

english translation

॥ brahmovAca ॥ ityuktvA jagadambA sA devAnAM pazyatAntadA ॥ antardadhe zivA tAta svaM lokamprApa vai drutam ॥।47॥
