देवा ऊचुः ॥ देव्युमे जगतामम्ब शिवलोकनिवासिनी ॥ सदाशिवप्रिये दुर्गे त्वां नमामो महेश्वरि ॥२६॥
The gods said: O goddess Umā, mother of the universe, resident of Śivaloka, favourite of Śiva, O great goddess, O Durgā, we bow to you,
english translation
devA UcuH ॥ devyume jagatAmamba zivalokanivAsinI ॥ sadAzivapriye durge tvAM namAmo mahezvari ॥26॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptश्रीशक्तिं पावनां शान्तां पुष्टिम्परमपावनीम्॥ वयन्नामामहे भक्त्या महदव्यक्तरूपिणीम् ॥२७॥
With great devotion we bow to the illustrious Energy, the holy, the tranquil, the holy nourishment and the one with the forms of Mahat and the Avyakta.
english translation
zrIzaktiM pAvanAM zAntAM puSTimparamapAvanIm॥ vayannAmAmahe bhaktyA mahadavyaktarUpiNIm ॥27॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptशिवां शिवकरां शुद्धां स्थूलां सूक्ष्मां परायणाम् ॥ अन्तर्विद्यासुविद्याभ्यां सुप्रीतां त्वां नमामहे ॥ २८ ॥
We worship you, Śiva the cause of welfare, the pure, the gross, the subtle, the great goal and the one delighted with the inner and good learning.

zivAM zivakarAM zuddhAM sthUlAM sUkSmAM parAyaNAm ॥ antarvidyAsuvidyAbhyAM suprItAM tvAM namAmahe ॥ 28 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptत्वं श्रद्धा त्वं धृतिस्त्वं श्रीस्त्वमेव सर्वगोचरा ॥ त्वन्दीधितिस्सूर्य्यगता स्वप्रपञ्चप्रकाशिनी ॥ २९ ॥
You are faith, fortitude and prosperity. You alone have control over everything; you are the splendour and energy of the sun illuminating your own universe.
english translation
tvaM zraddhA tvaM dhRtistvaM zrIstvameva sarvagocarA ॥ tvandIdhitissUryyagatA svaprapaJcaprakAzinI ॥ 29 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptया च ब्रह्माण्डसंस्थाने जगज्जीवेषु या जगत् ॥ आप्याययति ब्रह्मादितृणान्तं तां नमामहे ॥2-3-3-३०॥
We bow to her who promotes robustness in all the beings of the universe from Brahmā to a blade of grass in the whole Cosmos.

yA ca brahmANDasaMsthAne jagajjIveSu yA jagat ॥ ApyAyayati brahmAditRNAntaM tAM namAmahe ॥2-3-3-30॥
