तदा ते ऋषयस्सर्वे सुभीता हि रमेश्वरम् ॥ विज्ञप्तुकामास्सहसा शीघ्रमूचुर्नता भृशम् ॥ 2-2-36-४० ॥

Then all the sages who had assembled there were terribly afraid and bowing to Viṣṇu and desirous of informing him said thus:

tadA te RSayassarve subhItA hi ramezvaram ॥ vijJaptukAmAssahasA zIghramUcurnatA bhRzam ॥ 2-2-36-40 ॥
