उच्चाटनं कृतं तेषां भृगुणा यज्वना तदा ॥ यजनार्थं च देवानां तुष्ट्यर्थं दीक्षितस्य च ॥ १३ ॥
Their defeat was effected by Bhṛgu the sacrificial priest, for the continuance of the worship of the deities and for the satisfaction of Dakṣa who had been initiated in the sacrifice.
