कालत्रयेपि न यतो महेशद्रोहिणां सुखम् ॥ ततोऽवश्यं मया प्राप्तं दुःखमद्य त्वया सह ॥ ३८ ॥

sanskrit

There can be no happiness to the enemies of Śiva in the three periods of time; misery has of necessity been invited by me along with you.

english translation

kAlatrayepi na yato mahezadrohiNAM sukham ॥ tato'vazyaM mayA prAptaM duHkhamadya tvayA saha ॥ 38 ॥
