शंभो नियम्यास्सर्वेपि देवाद्यास्ते महेश्वर ।। तथैवाहं नियम्यस्ते नियंतुस्सर्वदेहिनाम् ।। ३९ ।।

O Śiva, devas and others are subject to your control. I too am subject to the control exercised by you. I am the controller of all living beings.

english translation

zaMbho niyamyAssarvepi devAdyAste mahezvara || tathaivAhaM niyamyaste niyaMtussarvadehinAm || 39 ||
