तद्यज्ञे ध्वंसितुं वेगात्सन्नद्धास्तु भयावहाः ॥ तिरस्कृता हि भृगुणा स्वप्रभावाद्विरोधिना ॥ ११ ॥
Assuming a terrifying attitude we suddenly got ready to destroy the sacrifice. But we were repelled by Bhṛgu by means of his (spiritual) power. He opposed us.
