ब्रह्मोवाच॥ दक्षेणोक्तेति सा पुत्री सती त्रैलोक्यपू जिता ॥ निंदायुक्तं स्वपितरं दृष्ट्वासीद्रुषिता भृशम् ॥ ३५ ॥
Brahmā said: The daughter Satī honoured in the three worlds, on being addressed thus, became very angry to see her father full of contempt.
