तनूनपादपि निजं चक्रे रूपं सहस्रशः ॥ हविषा ग्रहणायाशु तस्मिन् यज्ञे महोत्सवे ॥ १६ ॥

The sacrificial fire evinced its diverse forms in a thousand ways, during the sacrificial festivities, in order to receive the sacrificial offerings of Dakṣa.

tanUnapAdapi nijaM cakre rUpaM sahasrazaH ॥ haviSA grahaNAyAzu tasmin yajJe mahotsave ॥ 16 ॥
