तस्यैव लीलया सर्वोयमिति तत्त्वविभ्रमः ॥ तत्र दोषो न कस्यापि सर्वव्यापी स प्रेरकः ॥ 2.2.24.२० ॥

The erroneous perception of this visible world is due to His own sports. There none can be blamed. The all-pervasive lord is the inducer.

english translation

tasyaiva lIlayA sarvoyamiti tattvavibhramaH ॥ tatra doSo na kasyApi sarvavyApI sa prerakaH ॥ 2.2.24.20 ॥
