तद्रूपेण मनुष्यस्त्वं भव तद्दुःखभुग्घरे ।। यन्मुखं कृतवान्मे त्वं ते भवंतु सहायिनः ।। १६ ।।

sanskrit

Taking that form, you shall become a human and endure the pain that comes with it. May those who have become the cause of your affliction also be your helpers.

english translation

tadrUpeNa manuSyastvaM bhava tadduHkhabhugghare || yanmukhaM kRtavAnme tvaM te bhavaMtu sahAyinaH || 16 ||
