विष्णुस्समागतस्तूर्णं स्मृतो रुद्रेण शैवराट् ॥ सस्वसैन्यः कमलया गरुडारूढं एव च ॥ १९॥
Remembered by Śiva, Viṣṇu, the foremost of Śiva’s devotees, came there along with the Goddess Lakṣmī seated on Garuḍa[1] and accompanied by his army.
