यमक्षरं वेदविदो निगदंति मनीषिणः ।। ज्योतीरूपं शिवं ते च चिंतयिष्ये सनातनम् ।। 2.2.16.४० ।।

ometimes I will be thinking about Śiva, my own form of splendour, the eternal principle which the scholars well versed in the Vedas call Imperishable.

english translation

yamakSaraM vedavido nigadaMti manISiNaH || jyotIrUpaM zivaM te ca ciMtayiSye sanAtanam || 2.2.16.40 ||
