निदेशस्तव च स्वामिन्नहं सृष्टिकरो हरिः ॥ पालको लयहेतुस्त्वमाविर्भूतस्स्वयं शिवः ॥ २४ ॥
O lord, this is your own directive that I be the creator and Viṣṇu the protector. Śiva Himself has manifested in your form as the cause of dissolution.
