इत्थं वयं त्रिधा भूताः प्रभाभिन्नस्वरूपिणः ।। शिवाशिवसुतास्तत्त्वं हृदा विद्धि सनातन ।। १७ ।।

sanskrit

Thus, O lord, we have become three, with different forms. We are the sons of Śivā and Śiva which, O eternal one, you must note.

english translation

itthaM vayaM tridhA bhUtAH prabhAbhinnasvarUpiNaH || zivAzivasutAstattvaM hRdA viddhi sanAtana || 17 ||
