राधशुक्लतृतीयायां तिलाहारयवौदनैः।। पूजयित्वा सती रुद्रं नव्यैर्मासं निनाय तम् ।।२१।।

sanskrit

After worshipping Him with cooked barley and gingelly seeds on the third day of the bright half of Māgha (January-February), she spent the month on the products of milk obtained from a cow.

english translation

rAdhazuklatRtIyAyAM tilAhArayavaudanaiH|| pUjayitvA satI rudraM navyairmAsaM ninAya tam ||21||
