शशापेति शुचा दक्षस्त्वां तदा साधुसंमतम्।। बुबोध नेश्वरेच्छां स शिवमायाविमोहितः ।।३९।।

Grief-stricken Dakṣa cursed you thus, you who are honoured by saints. It was Śiva’s power of delusion that prevented him from understanding the will of Īśvara.

english translation

zazApeti zucA dakSastvAM tadA sAdhusaMmatam|| bubodha nezvarecchAM sa zivamAyAvimohitaH ||39||
