वव्रे पतिं महात्मानं वसिष्ठं शंसितव्रतम् ॥ पतिव्रता च मुख्याऽभूद्वंद्या पूज्या त्वभीषणा॥2-2-5-१०॥

She chose as her husband the noble-souled Vasiṣṭha of praiseworthy rites. She of auspicious countenance became the foremost of chaste ladies and deserved honour and respect from everyone,

vavre patiM mahAtmAnaM vasiSThaM zaMsitavratam ॥ pativratA ca mukhyA'bhUdvaMdyA pUjyA tvabhISaNA॥2-2-5-10॥
