इति वेधास्त्वहं काममक्षयं द्विजसत्तम ॥ समक्षं पितृसंघस्य मुनीनां च यतात्मनाम् ॥ ६५ ॥

sanskrit

Thus, I will destroy Kāma, The destroyer of desires, O best of Brahmins, In the presence of the paternal assembly (ancestors), And also in the presence of the mighty sages who are self-realized.

iti vedhAstvahaM kAmamakSayaM dvijasattama ॥ samakSaM pitRsaMghasya munInAM ca yatAtmanAm ॥ 65 ॥
