मुने नीतिरियं ज्ञेया श्रुतिस्मृतिषु संमता ।। रुद्रे रुष्टे कथं लोके सुखं भवति सुप्रभो ।।३६।।

The policy in agreement with what is laid down in the Vedas and Smṛtis is this, O Sage, which you must note. When lord Rudra is angry, how can there be happiness in the world?

english translation

mune nItiriyaM jJeyA zrutismRtiSu saMmatA || rudre ruSTe kathaM loke sukhaM bhavati suprabho ||36||
