इति संचिंत्य रुद्रोऽसौ शिवेच्छां गंतुमुत्सुकः ॥ ननाद तत्र ढक्कां स्वां सुगतिं नादरूपिणीम् ॥ ६ ॥
Thinking thus, Rudra, desirous of carrying out the wish of Śiva (the supreme Brahman) sounded his drum that gave out the divine Nāda.
